4. Delivery

  • We use third-party delivery services such as Royal Mail / DPS.
  • Delivery costs and options will be displayed at checkout.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
  • If a delivery issue occurs due to incorrect information provided by you, additional charges may apply.
  • If the courier fails to deliver due to their error, we will work with them to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, personalised, or handmade items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
