All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Delivery

We use third-party delivery services such as Royal Mail / DPS.
Delivery costs and options will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
If a delivery issue occurs due to incorrect information provided by you, additional charges may apply.
If the courier fails to deliver due to their error, we will work with them to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund where appropriate.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, supply issues).

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom, personalised, or handmade items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds
